getting bridesmaid dress here. they have a very large selection and very reasonable in price. they have every dress in every style and in color. also very polite.

I did not end up buying a dress at Elite, but I went there on 2 different occasions to try on dresses. The saleslady was very sweet and helpful. They did not try to pressure me in to buying anything and they had a fairly large selection in all price ranges. Overall, I would say that I had a good experience with them.

This bridal shop was just okay. I went plenty of times to try on my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. My dress turned out better than I expected. I only went through one alteration. The bridesmaids dresses were another issue. The alterations weren't the best. But everything turned out great in the end. It was just getting there. Plus they are not open for alterations on the weekends unless you are in from out of state. They do have a nice selection of dresses there.

Elite Bridal had the best selection of bridal gowns in the St. Louis area, hands down--at least for less formal, more destination styles. I searched and searched and found no more than two or three that I could even fathom working, until I went to Elite and found at least 20 to try on, finally settling on 3. Elite was very helpful in working with me to buy a dress off the rack for my quick turnaround time, and gave me a very good price on it as well. I had a little trouble with the alterations, but in the end they were certainly good enough and no one else noticed the little things that I did. I would recommend Elite Bridal--it's worth the trip from anywhere in St. Louis!
