We were overall pleased with the service. However, we had our wedding on a Saturday and they expected to have our tuxedos back on Sunday instead of Monday or there was a late fee that would be charged. My husband did get a free tux since we ordered a 5 others. The only complaint that we have is that the tuxedo for our 4 yr. old ring bearer cost the same amount as the other tuxedos. The fathers got discounts also.

Awesome job on the napkins and programs, however, I ordered them 2 weeks prior, and got them the day before my wedding. Poor shipping, and service. Consider ordering more in advance. We had 3 people who were going to be in our wedding, but decided at the very last min to back out, thats why we had to order 2 weeks before.
