We went to Helzberg to look at rings for my husband. 15 minutes later we walked out of the store with exactly what we were looking for! The salesman was great, not too pushy, very informative and got us in and out of there in no time. Would reccommend!

I checked rings out online before going into the store and when I went there I found exactly what I wanted easily. While looking for the ring with the sales representative they actualy cleaned my engagement ring for me! They were VERY friendly and the ring looks great on my husbands finger! :)

Our jewelry is perfect. Bad part was that when we needed a specific ring we saw that was gold, we wanted white gold and it took many calls to get an answer and turned out they didn't make a ring in the color we wanted or even the size we needed. How stupid. We went round in circles to get an answer. Overall it worked out, we spent a little more on grooms band but are very satisfied. Financing options are great and warranty coverage is amazing!

Buying our wedding at Helzberg was a good decision. We felt even though we paid a bit more than you would at a department store, we felt as though our rings were of excellent quality. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable too. They made choosing rings fun and easy.
