Royalwood Video is an excellent organization. Jim and his wife are friendly, responsive, and professional. I viewed an example of their work on their website and could tell they were professionals. My wife and I met with Jim and his wife at our wedding venue, and he very clearly explained what type of equipment he would use, how the audio would work, what the finished product would be, and how he would shoot in a manner that was nearly transparent to us and our guests. He answered all our questions, and provided some very good, constructive suggestions. The finished product is very nice. It came in a professional-looking case, was separated into nice chapters, scene by scene views, a highlights version, and a couple of special treats we had not expected. After receiving the video I asked for a couple of minor changes and Jim was very receptive and responded quickly. His attention to customer service is very good. I found the entire experience very pleasant, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other videographers I looked into. I spoke with about seven or eight others. I would highly recommend Royalwoods video for your video project.

I had been advised that I should have a video of my wedding because I wouldn't remember much of the event. I am so happy we hired Jim because that is so true. I floated through the ceremony and reception so I am grateful I am able to see everything that I missed! They did a great job and it was so worth the cost...which seemed more reasonable than others. At any rate they provided us with just what we wanted and met our expectations or rather exceeded them! They interviewed us and found out what we wanted and delivered just that. I love my video.

I originally didn't prioritize videography very highly in my wedding budget. I really wanted to do a 'bare minimum' just to have the ceremony/ reception documented. I found Royalwood online and gave Jim (the owner) a call because his prices were very reasonable! Jim was very helpful and energetic. He wanted to know more about us as a couple the story of how we met. He proposed that we film a short video to tell our 'Love Story' to our friends and family. I really loved the idea and from there, it took off! Jim filmed several times with us to get clips AND edited them into a fantastic video. We played it during the rehearsal dinner and during the reception and our friends and family loved it! The video was probably one of my favorite things about our wedding overall! Jim was fantastic to work with throughout and really got our 'vision'. AND..this was all before the wedding day even began. The day of the wedding Jim and his family of assistants were there to film everything! They captured all the most important moments and even the small details that made our day special. The DVD he delivered to us was very professionally and cinematically made. I would highly recommend Royalwood to any bride and groom. I look forward to watching our wedding video many many times...

About a month before our wedding my now husband announced he wanted a videographer. I'll admit - I wasn't super excited about this, as our budget was already stretched to the limit and I didn't see much need to spend money on something we'd watch once and probably never look at again....but John was insistent so I got online, picked out Royalwood Video (based on the stellar reviews) and emailed Jim. Within an hour he called me, walked me through the packages, emailed me a contract and got everything set-up. From the start he was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. During our wedding and reception I honestly didn't notice the cameras (something I had been a little bit concerned about). Last night we sat down to watch the video and it is absolutely amazing! I have already watched it 3 times (yes the one who thought I'd throw it in a box and never look at it again). He gives you a complete summary of your entire day with fantastic music that brings the energy and happiness of the day back in perfect detail. There are so many details, people, moments that Jim catches that we would have most definately missed out on if we had depended on pictures alone. We had an amazing day and Jim documented it perfectly! I'll admit the husband was definately right on this one!

My husband and I are not camera people. We would rather be behind the camera than in front but wanted a special reminder of our wedding day. They are so great to work with and made it easy to be in front of the camera. We thought we wouldn't like watching ourselves on dvd but after getting the final results, we cannot get enough of it! We love every aspect of the dvd and it was put together very well. Jim and his crew are very easy to work with. It was easy to correspond with him and he returned my emails quickly. We couldn't ask for anyone better to do the videography of our wedding!

We hired Jim at Royalwood Video about 3 months prior to our wedding date. Our video budget was limited since most of our wedding budget had been spent by that point, but Jim was very helpful, always got back to us quickly when we contacted him, and offered a great, affordable deal that worked for us. He was thorough and professional on our wedding day and we were beyond pleased with the final product. We are very glad we decided to book him for the whole day instead of just the ceremony as we originally planned. We definitely recommend him!

The videographer Jim Schuchmann gave us the time needed to get from us what we needed: how we wanted some of the pictures to be done. He gave us a great value for our money and acted very professional at all times.

Jim and his team were so great to work with the day of the wedding. His professionalism reflected on the day of our ceremony as well as in our video.We feel he really captured every aspect of our day, and we are looking forward to sharing this archive with our families and hopefully, in the future our children. I absolutely, without a doubt, love my wedding video! I now wish I would have had you there for the entire day. I love how you really made an effort to ensure that my kids were captured on the video. Work has me have traveling quite a bit and away from my family and new husband, but having the video is great company! You captured everyone having a wonderful time and we enjoyed the surprise of some of our guest wishing us well. It gave us a chance to see some of the things that we missed at that moment. Royalwood Video gave us such an amazing wedding day documentary! I love rewatching our video. The song choices and style of the video were exactly what I was wanting. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer!

Our wedding video is our favorite keepsake from our special day. Royalwood Video Productions did an amazing job and the quality of the final product blew us away! Jim added so many special touches with a gorgeous preview trailer befoe the full video and personal messages from the wedding party to us at the end. The DVD even came in our own personalized case covered with pictures from our day. They were very easy and flexible to work with, even meeting us at two different locations in rehearsel since we were planning an outdoor wedding and had a 2nd location as a back-up. The quality of the video was outstanding.The ceromony was not in any way hampered by the taking of the video or their equipment or the people taking the video. Which was very important to our family and the ceromony at the church. The video will be something to look back on in the future. It was especially nice to have since there was an ill grandmother that couldn't attend, we could at least show her the video. That was very nice. The movie was incredible. Professionally done but it was still personal. It was quality work and magnificently edited, choosing all the right scenes to depict our perfect day.

Jim was one of the best vendors I worked with throughout my entire wedding. He was easy to talk to and I felt like he was listening to my ideas. At the end of our meeting, I felt like he knew what parts of the wedding day were most important to me—and from the final product I can tell that he incorporated my wants. Compared to some other videographers, the price of his packages seemed like a better deal for what I was getting. He had multiple cameras and afterward he put together the whole video. It looked so good! He captured moments from that day that I never got to see because I was so busy and he caught moments that I won’t ever forget. On the actual wedding day, Jim was very professional and my family kept telling me how nice he was. I really enjoyed working with Jim—it was fun! And I also have a great dvd to watch and show my friends.

So many things were happening on our wedding day that without the video I would have forgotten half of them. Jim did a great job filming our ceremony, it was really neat to see everything we spent so long planning from the audience's point of view. I also really appreciated that he never stuck a camera in my face, he was really on the sidelines, which was great because I get nervous on camera. I really like how he edited the whole thing together, it's not like getting out the slide show for people if we decide to show them. He put together a short video that is just enough to get the "feel" and also gave us a longer one which pretty much just my wife and I watch. I really recommend Jim for your wedding he's super easy to work with and the video is really cool.

Jim produced a DVD capturing 40 Years of marriage. We laughed, we cried, we remembered and then we watched again. Each time we viewed our Anniversary DVD with another friend or relative we laughed, cried and remembered again. This is the Gift that keeps on giving. A week doesn't pass that we don't comment on something from this DVD. Somehow, Jim managed to take Old Pictures intermingled with New interviews and a blend of Old and New music to capture the spirit of just who my wife and I are and were. I would strongly reccomend that Royalwood is your Videographer of choice. Five Stars doesn't say enough!
