Sarah Grus Weddings

She's the best! A must-have! She thought of everything -- straws for everyone's champagne in the morning -- to making sure my shoes got in the carriage at the end of the night. She kept everyone calm, in order, and on time. My whole family had a great time all day and a ball dancing around all night - we could just enjoy the day knowing that Sarah were there keeping tabs on everything. So many little things, like the cake knife and server, just seemed to appear in the right spot at the right moment like magic all day. An amazing wedding coordinator. Sarah Grus acted as the Day Of Wedding Planner for our wedding on Friday, September 30, 2011 in Forest Park. From the moment I met Sarah in December, I loved her! She is personable, knowledgeable, patient and an overall great person! My husband and I live in TN, and planned the wedding in Saint Louis with Sarah's assistance. She helped us every step of the way. A few weeks before wedding, Sarah took over and organized all my vendors and all the last minute details. At the last minute, we asked her to create our menu cards, donation cards and seating arrangment chart. They were beautiful! Our Wedding Day was perfect, and Sarah allowed my husband and I to relax and enjoy our day. She set up the entire event in conjunction with Forest Park and our vendors. We did not have to worry about a thing! Our families were highly impressed with Sarah. I can't say enough about her and how amazing she is to work with. She truly made Our Wedding a dream come true. My husband and I are very high maintenance and particular with every details, and Sarah impressed us over and over. We hope to hire her again for other events. We even joked we should get married again so we can work with her again! Sarah Grus is the best Wedding Planner and any bride would be lucky to have her!

Sarah was wonderful to work with. She was able to get all the details we wanted perfect for our traditional Hindu ceremony. She worked with our non-traditional ceremony location and caterers and was able to make everything run so smoothly. She is so friendly and easy to talk to her. If I ever had a request or question, Sarah got back to me quickly and promptly. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

Services were very professional. It was the best decision to hire Sarah Grus to help with our wedding. Phone calls, emails etc were always returned in a timely fashion. Honestly, the day of my wedding I was not worried about one thing because I knew everything was taken care of. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and we could not be happier with the services we received.

Sarah was the picture of professionalism. She genuinely respects each bride and will be as hands-on or hands-off as you need. Not only does she know which vendors to use to meet your needs, she has a wonderful relationship with each of them. The respect each of the vendors have for Sarah definitely smooths the process and helps make your wedding what you want it to be. On top of that, she is very personable and enjoyable to be around (which is important- you spend a lot of time with your wedding planner and it's hard to focus on planning if the planner's personality drives you crazy). I enjoyed working with Sarah. She made what is for many brides a stressful process fun, exciting, and focused on what really matters. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone I know who is planning a wedding.

Sarah was our day of coordinator and was a HUGE help to us during planning and especially on our wedding day. We got married outside, and my fiance's father was our officiant so without Sarah we would have been totally lost. Just like she advertises, with her help, on your wedding day you will have nothing to worry about as she takes care of everything. She has a wonderful personality and I highly suggest you work with her!

I cannot say enough great things about Sarah. While we just had her for the big day and not the entire planning process, we could not have done it without her. We were able to completely relax and just enjoy the day knowing that Sarah had everything under control. This was an invaluable gift. From the detailed schedule she provided, to the wedding "props" just appearing in the right places at the right time, Sarah thought of everything. We could not have been happier with Sarah Grus. She was helpful, attentive, patient, easy to talk with and professional. We would highly recommend her. We had no worries at all. Everything was taken care of.

I do not know how I would have made it through my wedding day without Sarah Grus. That day is stressful enough without having to be sure everything happens when it should. She was also amazing at calming me down when I was extremely nervous!

Helped our wedding run smoothly!

There are some many things I could say about Sarah, but let me just say that she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Our first meeting with Sarah lasted over 2 hours. From the minute we started talking to her about what we had in mind, she immediately started sharing her ideas with us. She put us so at ease that day that we cancelled the appointments we had to meet with other planners.Sarah was there for us always, from making appointments with other vendors, to numerous lunch meetings, to looking at dresses, she went above and beyond what we possibly could have expected. To say that she was one vendor who was worth so much more than we paid her is an enormous understatement! We never felt like we were her clients, we felt like (and still do) that we were friends in this wonderful adventure together. Any bride would be so very lucky to have Sarah as part of their special day!

Because of Sarah Grus Weddings, I had the PERFECT DAY! She took care of everything I needed her too and so much more I didn't think of. I had a stress free day and we couldn't have pulled off our dream wedding without her services, knowledge, expertise and professionalism. She is a true find and went above and beyond our expectations.
