Sitting Pretty/Party Arts

I loved Sitting Pretty/Party Arts!! We used their for our chair covers and they were SO great to work with! I shopped around for price and couldn't believe how reasonable they were! Their price included most chair covers and any ribbon (no matter the texture). We were a little undecided about what color chair covers to get because we were going with a multiple colors for flowers and such. We worked with Michelle, she was extremely nice & even stayed late a few nights to wait for my fiance to get off work. We ended up visiting them two times to look at different sample colors because we were still unsure what colors looked best. Both times, Michelle made us feel comfortable and decorated the entire table with colors of our flowers to help us a better vision of how it would all look together. We ended up going with two different color ribbons on alternating tables. The chair covers made my entire venue come together! And for the price, I recommend it to anyone! The whole process was so great and they were fabulous to work with!! I absolutely loved the chair covers & they were one of the best vendors that I worked with!!

Very nice staff! I was also pleased with the ability to get exactly what I wanted at a really great price. They also picked up my rented linens at no extra cost since my reception was at a location they already frequent. Everything was perfect.

I wanted something more elegant than the short white tablecloths that my venue provided. I searched FOREVER to try to get the best deal on a premium fabric tablecloth. I fell in love with bengaline tablecloths - I love how they had a subtle ribbed pattern that gave the linen depth. Since it was a specialty material, I had a hard time finding anyone who carried it. Everyone was expensive, especially the major linen rental chain in St Louis. On a whim, I decided to visit Sitting Pretty/Party Arts to see if they carried it. They did and it was only $20 for the largest tablecloth - about half the price of everyone else! The color was a warm white and it was perfect - not too white, not too ivory. The ladies at Party Arts were very flexible and had worked my reception location often. Much better service than if I had gone with an out of town company.

I loved being able to go into the Sitting Pretty’s studio and arranging and rearranging colors and designs until I found the perfect layout for my wedding. Even though I was able to see the layout ahead of time, seeing it on the day of the wedding was truly amazing. The look and feel of the room was breathtaking and far exceeded what I imagined. Not only did guests come up to me to congratulate me but to also tell me how wonderful everything looks. I owe a huge thank you to Sitting Pretty for helping make my wedding a truly special day! Thank you!!

Loved the large brass candelabras - hated that the candles malfunctioned half-way through our event. Linens and chairs were high quality, clean, and set up perfectly. Staff was easy to work with and flexible for my seating changes. Lacked linens in the blue spectrum.

Sitting Pretty/Party arts did the table linens for the party that we gave to celebrate my son’s marriage. The ‘reception’ was in our back yard and the linens took the celebration from a backyard party to a sophisticated garden event (and since my son is in the military, it meant a great deal to us that Sitting Pretty/Party Arts makes a strong effort to buy linens manufactured in America!). Jill and her staff are a pleasure to work with. They have an extensive selection from which to choose and have great ideas to help you achieve the look that you want.

This really took care of themselves. I just told them what I wanted and they took care of everything. Were in and out without me even knowing. They have a huge selection.
