The Crimson Petal

My flowers from the Crimson Petal were gorgeous! I really enjoyed working with Kelly. I am not the normal bride and had no vision and also no real knowledge of flowers. This didn't seem to bother Kelly and she threw out ideas to get a feel for what I liked. Everything turned out awesome and I had numerous comments on how pretty the flowers were.

This is one creative gal! My daughter was married the weekend before Halloween, her favorite holiday. She didn't want the theme to scream "BOO!", but did want to incorporate some fun festive ideas into a fall/pumpkin theme. Her bridesmaid dresses were burnt orange color and Kelly designed the most beautiful bouquets with all the fall colors that you could imagine. My daughter is a procrastinator but Kelly was extremely patient and kept her on line. She is very creative and has a wonderful eye for color. The wedding pics were taken outside at a park on a bright and sunny day. I don't think the pics could have been any prettier with the fall leaves, Kelly's beautiful brilliant colorful bouquets, contrasting the burnt orange dresses.. The flower arrangements at the reception were outstanding with a mixture of fun pumpkin containers and dramatic tall black vases with an unusual and stunning array of flowers. Her suggestions were perfect. I would strongly recommend using Kelly at the Crimson Petal to anyone planning a wedding who wants creative ideas, excellent service, freedom from worries, and total professionalism.

Kelly was amazing! We were planning our wedding from out of town, and most of the florists I e-mailed about working just over e-mail just never responded. Not only did Kelly work with us, but she did a great job! I had a basic idea of what I wanted for flowers, but no specifics. She took a few pictures I had and turned it into beautiful flowers! She also was incredibly accommodating when I had some last minute changes.

Kelly was absolutely amazing!!! She did the flowers for my wedding and everything was so beautiful and elegant! I changed my mind a few times about what I wanted and she was always so accommodating. A few weeks before the wedding we had to trim our floral budget and she sat on the phone with me and helped me decide where it was best to trim. On the day of my wedding, I couldn't believe how gorgeous everything was. The bouquets were more beautiful than I had imagined. All the boutineers, corsages, cake flowers were so beautiful. She also did an arrangement for the Chapel and centerpieces for the reception that were unbelievable!!! Everything she did I was amazed with and I was so happy how everything turned out!

Kelly's work was absolutely fantastic! She had beautiful ideas and matched exactly what I wanted for the look of my wedding. From the bouquets to the boutonnieres to the hydrangea arrangements at the reception. She even saved my wedding cake from looking like a disaster! And to think originally I was going to use fake flowers - the horror! Kelly has a great eye and definitely goes the extra mile!

Kelly of the Crimson Petal is one the easiest people to work with. From a very picky/undecisive/mind changing every 2 days bride.....Kelly has accomodated me the best way that she could. From the day we met her, I knew she was the florist. She deserves more stars than wedding wire has to offer. On time with emails, on time with appointments, organized even though i like to drive her thoughts everywhere all the times we met. I couldn't believe I was that lucky to score a florist like Kelly. We wanted petals galore last minute, we got petals galore last minute....we wanted 4 vases instead of 3, we got 5 vases and 2 small arrangements.she is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brides, save yourself some time and call Kelly for your florals...she will make your wedding a dream come to life!

Kelly (Crimson Petal) was great to work with. She was able to work with my crazy schedule for times to meet and discuss flowers. I loved her use of a website to help select colors and types of flowers. Personally, I am not the creative type and I let Kelly control the entire look and feel of my bouquet. I knew that I wanted bright summer flowers but I just didn't have a vision. When I sat down with Kelly at our first meeting, she seems to understand what I wanted just from my descriptions. I would definitely recommend Kelly to any bride that is looking for a quality florist!

Kelly is just incredible! Her flowers are gorgeous, and her vision is incredible! She can go from a few words (timeless, elegant, romantic, for example) and create an elaborate floral plan that fits exactly what the bride has in mind! She is friendly, professional, and loves what she does, and it shows. She was willing to rework my quote not once, but twice, as our budget suddenly had to be trimmed a bit. Even with trimming the budget, she was still able to capture the essence of what I wanted and make my flowers gorgeous! She even came to my rehearsal to bring me the gardenia for my hair the following day. She brought along a couple of extras, just in case one wilted or browned, so I would have the perfect flower for my wedding.

Kelly was wonderful to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things flowers and has great flair working with arrangements. She knows how to your ideas and inspirations to reality. She's also really good about communicating with you like you are a real person, not just another client to get through. She gives great individual attention and really wants to get to know her clients personally. She was able to work with me and my mother on creating the perfect look for our wedding reception- and it was so gorgeous because of the amazing work Kelly did!! I would definitely recommend her to any future bride, no doubt.

Kelly's flowers are beautiful, unique, and she is SO easy to work with! I highly recommend her to anyone getting married!!!

Kelly of The Crimson Petal helped to make our wedding absolutely gorgeous! Her flowers were affordable and exquisite and I was so delighted with her professionalism especially on the day of my wedding. I was overwhelmed with all the stuff that had to get done that morning, and when she showed up, she took care of getting flowers to everyone (and I have an enormous family who all got corsages/boutonnieres!) It was a little hard for us to get organized in the beginning - we kept missing each other/not responding to emails - but once we were able to meet, Kelly instantly grasped my vision for the wedding and was able to provide not just gorgeous flowers for everyone to carry/wear, but also an amazing floral decoration for the prayer book I carried. I would highly recommend Kelly for anybody planning a wedding!

Kelly was amazing through all of our meetings! I changed my mind a few times about my flowers and Kelly was flexible and understanding to my wants and needs. Kelly was quick to respond to contact as well as in a professional manner. On my wedding day, my flowers looks better than I could ever imagine. They literally took my breath away. Booking Kelly was one of the best wedding decisions that we made!

Kelly is fantastic! We hired Kelly for the bridal party flowers (including the flower girls and a wagon for the youngest flower girl), the ceremony decor, the cake and the reception decor. She was extremely professional and always responded to my calls and/or emails with thorough answers. She is also incredibly creative! She understands that every bride has a budget and always works within that budget and delivers perfect beauty! She quickly raised any issues with me and always provided a creative solution. She is most definitely a person you need on your wedding team!

Kelly was helpful, knowledgeable, and creative!! She looked at my ideas and came up with what she could do to fit my budget. Out of a number of florists I talked to, she was the only one that asked my budget to start off with, offered an initial price quote with what I wanted, then alternatives to some of my ideas to fit my budget. She was wonderful!!

The flower arrangements were beautiful, and exactly what I wanted, requested and got. I went in with inexperienced ideas, and was guided in color, style, quantity and design, all while staying on the guidelines of my original ideas. Communication was lacking. Wonderful to work with, but strongly suggest being proactive and consistant when communicating.

Kelly taught me a lot and I feel that we both had fun doing it! love it could have done it withour her. My reception was beautiful.

I didn't have a vision of what I wanted my bouquet to look like. Instead I just sent photos of different bouquets that I liked and commented on what I liked about them. With that, Kelly was able to pull together a stunning bouquet. She really wanted to capture who I am and what my day was about, creating something unique for me (and even for my husband in regards to his boutonniere).

Kelly at Crimson Petal was awesome. My family and I were impressed with her creativity and her overall perception of what we wanted. Kelly and the Crimson Petal team helped us create a ceremony and reception that was memorable. As a bride I was completely satisfied with the services we recieved and would most definately recommend all of my engaged friends to chose Crimson Petal.

My husband and I could not be happier with the Crimson Petal! Kelly provides both beautiful flowers and wonderful service, and we both highly recommend her. I am not someone who has been planning my wedding since I was a little girl -- so when we went to Kelly, my (now) husband and I didn't have a specific idea of what we wanted. We had vague ideas about colors and that was about it. Still, we were also picky; we knew there were things we really didn't like. So I put a lot of trust in Kelly .... and it was perfect! Kelly was able to figure out from our consultation the kind of style we wanted even though we weren't able to articulate it very well ourselves. She is wonderful at giving you ideas and advice about flowers and design while still listening to what you like (or don't). I always felt like she was trying to do her best to match what WE wanted, rather than to make us like what SHE wanted -- a feeling I sometimes got from other vendors. Kelly is friendly, responsive, helpful, and most importantly, great at what she does. There was a small snafu just before the ceremony and we were short one corsage (entirely my fault, not hers -- apparently I lost the ability to count!). Kelly was calm, resourceful, and totally saved the day. In the days and weeks before the wedding, it can be hard to keep track of everything; it was reassuring to know that Kelly was on top of things and flowers were one thing I didn't have to worry about at all.

Kelly was so wonderful to work with. She was very patient with me when I was unclear as to how I wanted my flowers for the bouguets. We completely went into a new direction after our consultations and proposals. She handled our wedding planning with an ease that made me feel comforable with my choices on the wedding day. When picking flowers and colors it is hard cuase you can not guarantee what will grow. I gave Kelly a few color samples that I liked and trusted her to pick the flowers. Absolutely LOVE my bouquets!
